Produced from a selection of our best batches of Shiraz grapes, long maceration of controlled low temperature and aged in new barrels of French Oak for12 months.
Then bottled and laid down in the darkness and tranquility of our cellar for another 18 months to give it time to gain the balance and charm it needs before releasing it for your enjoyment.
Of cherry color with purple violet, clean and bright. Fruity aromas (peach) and violets are perceived in nose. In mouth is warm, dry, expressive and fruity.
Suites all occasions, particularly during meals of red meat, roasts and stews, game and rice dishes, mushrooms and old cheese.
