The website uses temporary session storage to remember an affirmative age declaration as you move between its pages. It stores the answer only, not your date of birth. You can clear this information and the enquiry session cookie through your browser. If storage is unavailable, the website may ask again.

The enquiry form uses a temporary session cookie for security and duplicate-submission protection. Short-lived anti-abuse counters use hashed network and email identifiers; the form does not save a separate database of enquiry messages. The page code includes no advertising trackers, analytics services or newsletter subscription. Hosting and security services may record technical request information, such as IP address, requested pages and browser details, for delivery, maintenance and protection of the website.

Enquiries

When you submit the enquiry form, your name, email address, country if supplied, area of interest and message are transmitted securely to the website and emailed to the House. We send an automatic acknowledgment to the email address you provide. The form is not a newsletter subscription.

If you email us, we receive your message and the contact information your email includes. We use that information to consider and answer the enquiry, manage relevant correspondence and meet applicable obligations. Please include only information appropriate to the enquiry.

Access & retention
